Within less than one year…
I’ve lost my privileges, my car, my license, my gf, my love, my best friend, my home, my parents, my money, my heart, my cousin’s respect, my faith, and some of my mind.
but I never gave up. And in the end, what I have gained is:
MORE STRENGTH, more faith, my growth, more responsibility, a better relationship and understanding with my cousin, more independence, a new home, new friends, long lost family, more heart, a new job w/ better pay, my privileges, my license, more love/appreciation for my parents, more confidence, the will to succeed, a better body, a better conscience, and the knowledge to know that life goes on.
So fuck thank you to those who contributed to my pain strength.

Today at work, I get the privilege to rebrand and re do the FCDC logo. Every Filipino and Filipino event in town is going to see this logo for now on lol.. damn pressure… the old one at least sucked but I want to make it sick. I’m no where near done but this is the first phase.

I love cool shit like this, just an example of some fun things anyone can do with a little time and effort put in. I highly recommend Vector Tuts, great site to help those learning and or just curious =)
I imported my vector into Photoshop for a little more fun. I made an emblem I plan on using or just printing stickers out tomorrow just for fun =)

Client Horror Story
You’ll like this story. I just wanted to prove that even though “clients are always right” doesn’t necessarily mean that they have good taste. So here is my point.
1. Take note of the original shitty circle and paper cut out given. All the objects HAD to be there. Yes, the pink flowers, yes the tacky objects, and yes, all the lovey dovey peace and love maaaaaaan…
2. I made a medallion design which they all absolutely loved and kept.
3. He wanted more, so I made another version which he also wanted alot more. He wanted the starburst.
4. More color and more changes.
5. More clutter and from the new edits, he wants to add rainbows and more information lol. Pretty soon it’s going to look like a warzone and I don’t know how to fix it.
6. The client is still always right.

Which brings me to my last and final point…
I think it went from BEST, to BETTER, TO EHH, SALVAGEABLE, TO BAD, and now it’s gonna be WORSE…I’d hate to see what the changes are at the worst ! LOL. Am I right?

Since I really like what I did for my boss, I made my little dood to look a little more like me, and I added a pencil and fork on my hands because of the two things I LOVE to do. Eat and draw lol. Enjoy
